1. Aunt Roma's accepts PAYPAL, (VISA, MASTERCARD), through PayPal only, personal or bank checks and money orders. Please do not send cash. MINIMUM ORDER is $25.00 2. Aunt Roma's ships via UPS or USPS. 3. We can not accept returns on essential or fragrance oils, or raw materials or ingredients due to health hazards. Your safety is our greatest concern. 4. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. 5. Damage claims must be made with 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. All damage claims must be verified by UPS or the USPS. Please call us if your shipment is damaged and Please do not discard the damaged goods. Leave them in the original box for a UPS or USPS representative to inspect. We will not honor ANY claims that have not been verified by UPS or USPS. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same product. 6. NSF checks are subject to $25 return check fee. 7. Aunt Roma's can not be responsible for the misuse or abuse of any products we sell. Despite the best efforts of the author to provide the best quality products and recipes, it is not possible to predict individual reaction to a recipe or ingredient.
